Advisory services

Clear thinking for consequential decisions

Five areas of advisory, each delivered personally by Angus Fleming and shaped around the business in front of him.

01

Strategy & growth

Many businesses have ambition but lack a strategy everyone understands. Angus helps leadership teams decide where to compete, how to win and what to stop doing, then turns that into a plan with clear priorities and measures.

The challenge

Growth has stalled, priorities compete, or the plan lives only in the founder’s head.

Our approach

Market and financial analysis, leadership workshops and honest challenge.

What you get

A focused strategy, an agreed plan and the measures to track it.

02

Operational performance

Margin and momentum are often lost in how a business actually runs. Angus works with your team to find the inefficiencies, bottlenecks and costs that hold performance back, and to fix them in a way that sticks.

The challenge

Rising costs, slow processes or growth that isn’t reaching the bottom line.

Our approach

A practical review of operations, data and ways of working.

What you get

Prioritised improvements with clear owners and expected impact.

03

Transformation & change

Restructures, new operating models and major change programmes succeed or fail on leadership and execution. Angus brings the discipline used in large-scale transformations, scaled to the size and pace of your business.

The challenge

Change is needed, but the risk to people, customers and momentum is real.

Our approach

Clear design, a realistic roadmap and steady support through delivery.

What you get

Change that lands, with the business stronger on the other side.

04

Board & leadership advisory

Founders, CEOs and boards often need an experienced, independent voice. Angus acts as a trusted adviser on big decisions, governance and leadership, offering perspective drawn from years in listed-company boardrooms.

The challenge

Big decisions, limited time and no one impartial to test them with.

Our approach

Regular one-to-one sessions, board meeting support and strategic reviews.

What you get

Better decisions, stronger governance and a confident leadership team.

05

International expansion

Entering a new market is one of the biggest bets a business can make. Angus helps you assess opportunities, choose the right markets and entry route, and plan the move with your eyes open.

The challenge

Promising opportunities abroad, but unclear risks, costs and priorities.

Our approach

Market assessment, entry options and a phased expansion plan.

What you get

A clear go or no-go decision and a plan to execute it.
